Computer AMC for Dubai offices

Office PCs and laptops as a fleet: health checks, OS and office hygiene, antivirus hygiene, replacements under the contract rules. If the buyer only has computers and a couple of printers, this is still an AMC. They do not need to buy a retainer they will not use.

Desktop AMC

Workstations on desks: imaging, user profiles, peripherals, the PC that must work every morning. Desktop tickets still happen. The AMC is the planned layer under them, not a second helpdesk brand.

Printer AMC

Office printers and MFDs: queues, drivers, the machine that stops the floor. The AMC covers labour and configuration. Toner, drums, and OEM parts are in only if the quote says comprehensive. An NVR on the LAN can sit on the same contract if listed. Camera design is not this page.

  • Preventive maintenance visits (rhythm agreed on the quote, often monthly or quarterly).
  • Preventive checks on listed devices during those visits.
  • Incident calls during business hours under the contract.
  • Remote helpdesk during those hours, then onsite if the job is in the room.
  • The device list: PCs, desktops, servers, network, printers — only what is listed.
  • Backup check on servers when that check is listed.
  • Firewall and office network gear when they are on the list.
  • Visit notes and a ticket log (reporting of what was done).
